Better Health Without Medicines

Psychotherapy facilitates the process of inner transformation through self introspection, awareness and realisation.

The therapy can be influenced by factors including family members, relatives, professional and social circles. As an individual becomes aware, they only get better (or worse*) at helping themselves.

It's not always possible to change the circles which influence the patient, however, with the support of a therapist, it's possible to stay put and stably keep progressing on with the process of improvement.

Many people believe that, like medicine, therapy can be concluded in a stipulated time frame; accordingly they start expecting substantial results per session. This is not true, and bearing such prejudices only hampers the therapeutic journey.

* Leaving therapy midway, in the belief that one now knows all that is there to know and can self-heal, can have strong setbacks.
